Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

• Items must be undamaged and in original condition (unworn, unaltered, with original packaging) to qualify for a return.
• Please initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.

Quality Issues & Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we sincerely apologize. In this case:

• We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
• We will cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos of the defect.

Returns Due to Personal Preference

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference (no quality issue):

• The item must be in original, unworn condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait to receive the item and then initiate a return if needed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• For custom or personalized items that have not yet shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued.
• Custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at prop_wharves4a@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our team to provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee a refund for unauthorized returns.
